03 — Process

Ten weeks from design submission to delivery in Australia.

  1. 01Week 0

    Design submission

    You send drawings, renders or a concept deck. We review feasibility, materials and buildability, then confirm scope.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Shop drawings & quote

    Our team produces detailed shop drawings and a fixed, itemised quote covering manufacture, finishes, freight and duties.

  3. 03Weeks 2–3

    Prototype & finish approval

    Material samples, finish swatches and — where the detail warrants it — a physical prototype are approved before tooling.

  4. 04Weeks 3–7

    Production

    Manufacture runs in our partner factories under a fixed schedule, with staged photo and video updates at each milestone.

  5. 05Week 8

    Quality control & dry fit

    Every unit is dry-assembled and inspected against the drawings, then documented, protected and packed for transit. You're welcome to visit the factory and walk the dry fit in person — we'll host the visit and sign off together.

  6. 06Weeks 8–10

    Freight, delivery & install

    Sea or air freight, customs clearance and delivery to site anywhere in Australia — with install supervision or crew support if needed.

Founded in 2023, June Joinery sits between Australian retail brands and the factories that build for them — one point of contact, one fixed scope, one accountable delivery date.

Cost, without the compromise

Offshore manufacture typically lands 30–50% under local joinery on comparable scope — the saving goes into detail, finish and fixtures, not into cutting corners.

Capacity for rollouts

Multi-store programs run in parallel rather than in a queue, so a national rollout doesn't stretch across a year of local workshop availability.

Quality control on the floor

We hold accounts with a small set of vetted factories and inspect in person. Nothing ships without a documented dry fit against the approved drawings.

Landed, not just shipped

Freight, customs and delivery are handled as part of the scope. On site we can supervise, supply install crew, or hand over to your builder.
